Social Impact Assessment

The methods and techniques used are tailored to the specific project and generally include extensive community engagement processes and the application of both qualitative and quantitative methods in the identification and prediction of future impacts. Specialised methods for undertaking social impact assessments for major development and land use projects have been developed which allow the identification of context specific mitigation strategies.
